Linear Low-Density Polyethylene (LLDPE – LL0209AA / LL209A)

LLDPE LL0209AA Product

LLDPE Resin Pellets – LL0209AA / LL209A

Linear Low-Density Polyethylene (LLDPE) is a copolymer known for its enhanced mechanical performance and balanced properties. Grades such as LL0209AA / LL209A combine superior tensile strength, puncture resistance, and excellent drawdown capability compared to LDPE, while offering better clarity and processability.

These properties make LLDPE an ideal material for modern packaging and industrial film applications where both strength and flexibility are essential.

Key Benefits

  • High tensile strength and puncture resistance
  • Excellent drawdown capability for thin film applications
  • Good clarity and gloss for improved appearance
  • Wide processing window with reliable extrusion performance
  • Compatibility with LDPE and HDPE for blending

Typical Applications

  • Multilayer food packaging films
  • Stretch and shrink films
  • Heavy-duty sacks and liners
  • Agricultural and greenhouse films
  • General-purpose packaging bags

Technical Properties (Typical values)

  • Density: ~0.920 g/cm³
  • Melt Flow Index (MFI): ~0.9 g/10 min (190°C / 2.16 kg)
  • Excellent toughness and impact resistance
  • Good heat sealability

Processing Guidelines

  • Extrusion temperature: 170–220°C
  • Compatible with mono- and co-extrusion
  • Blend with LDPE to improve processability
  • Ensure proper cooling and winding for uniform quality

Packaging & Storage

Supplied in 25 kg polyethylene bags or in bulk (FIBC/silo). Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Avoid long-term storage at high temperatures.

Sustainability & Recycling

LLDPE is recyclable and classified as Type 4 (LDPE/LLDPE). Its strength-to-weight ratio allows thinner films, reducing material use and environmental impact. Suitable for reprocessing into non-food contact products.
